What makes the Owl Ridge experience so Unique?
At Owl Ridge, every wedding day features access to our venue from 9 AM to 11 PM. We offer ample space for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, so rest assured that no matter the time of year - you will have a BEAUTIFUL wedding at Owl Ridge.
Our mission is to be your “one-stop-shop,” alleviating much of the stress associated with planning a wedding, including coordinating details amidst numerous vendors. Here’s a comprehensive list of all that is included with your venue rental of Owl Ridge at absolutely NO extra charge:
- A wedding planner and event coordinator are INCLUDED FOR FREE with your venue rental of Owl Ridge! Our wedding planner/event coordinator are generally one in the same. This person will assist with the planning of every single detail regarding your wedding day; including timeline, fine-tuning decorative details and tablescapes, floor plans, and bringing your dream wedding to life! We even include a super-fun, complimentary planning and tasting event for you and four guests! At this event, you will try every single item available on our catering menu, and also get an extensive look at our in house decorations during the course of a one-on-one meeting with a member of our planning team.
- On the day of your event, your planner/coordinator will handle all setup and teardown, allowing you to unwind and focus on creating beautiful memories with your friends and family! We will ensure that all of the day's events go according to plan and on schedule, as well as assist with any communication amongst vendors leading up to your wedding day. Let us do all the work, we are here to help!
- Seating for up to 300 guests, featuring thirty five 60 inch round tables (8 seats) and 300 elegant wooden folding chairs adorned with ivory cushions.
- All of our exterior ceremony chairs are included in your venue rental, as well!
- Tablecloths and linen napkins available in over a dozen vibrant color options.
- Complete china table setting including plates, glassware, and your choice of silver, gold, or matte black cutlery.
- An extensive selection of decorative items including formal welcome/event signage, easels, vases, hurricanes, candle holders, decorative table runners, multiple seasonal greenery options for table centerpieces, table numbers, card boxes, flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillows, and so much more are INCLUDED FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST!
- Complete set up and tear down for your event. We take care of EVERYTHING! No fees for clean up, for set up, for break down, it’s all part of your package at Owl Ridge.
- Enjoy a champagne wall, donut wall, pretzel station, cocoa/cookie bar, and other fun features! There is no charge for set up or for using these displays - only for your specific food/beverage choices.
To kickstart your special day, we serve a COMPLIMENTARY bridal party brunch four hours prior to your ceremony to ensure you are well-fueled! We have two on-site, private rooms where you and your respective bridal parties can relax and prepare for the day. One room includes a private bathroom with an extensive hair and makeup station, while both rooms feature cozy furnishings perfect for capturing memorable photos.
Our in-house catering, provided by our family-owned restaurant, is available at an additional cost. With our Putnam Inn family serving special events since 1995, you can count on delicious food and exceptional service. If our menus don’t meet your needs, we’re happy to customize your meal. We also offer various bar packages featuring a fantastic selection of beer, wine, and spirits. We offer a few different rehearsal and rehearsal dinner options - please be sure to ask about this during your tour!
Convenient, On-Site Accommodations
Our four charming cabins are designed to accommodate up to four guests each, complete with complimentary cable and Wi-Fi. Each Owlet features: a serene bedroom with a queen size bed, ample closet space, and a heating/air conditioning unit. A fully stocked bathroom, boasting a vanity mirror, and walk-in shower. A cozy living area, where a comfortable couch transforms into an additional queen sized pull-out bed, plus a TV and a dining table for four. A thoughtful kitchenette - equipped with a mini fridge with freezer, sink, coffee maker and complimentary coffee essentials. Our Owlets offer all the convenience of home, with more quiet and comfort than a typical hotel stay - all just walking distance from our venue!
